This policy explains how Clip Machine Autopost ("Autopost", "we", "us"), operated by Leonardo Studios Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Companies House), based in London, collects, uses and protects information when you use Autopost at app.leonardositon.com. 1. What Autopost does

Autopost lets you upload your own short-form videos and schedule them to publish on social media accounts you connect (YouTube, Instagram and TikTok), and shows you performance figures for those posts.

2. Information we collect

Account connection data: when you connect an account through the platform's official sign-in (OAuth), we receive access tokens and basic profile information (such as your channel or account ID, name and profile picture) so we can post on your behalf and show you which account is connected.
Content you provide: the videos, titles, captions and posting times you add.
Post data: the IDs and status of the posts Autopost publishes for you, and performance figures for those posts (for example views, watch time, likes and comments).
Contact details: your email address if you contact us or request access.

We do not collect data about other people's accounts or content, and we do not use cookies for advertising or tracking.

3. How we use information

To upload and publish the content you choose, at the times you choose, to the accounts you connected.
To confirm whether a post succeeded and show you its status.
To show you performance figures for the posts you published through Autopost.
To keep the service secure and fix problems.

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except the platforms you connect (to carry out the posts you asked for) and the hosting provider that runs our server.

4. YouTube API Services

Autopost uses YouTube API Services to upload videos and read performance data for your own channel. By connecting a YouTube account you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Autopost's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke Autopost's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

5. Instagram and TikTok

When you connect Instagram (Meta) or TikTok, we use their official APIs only to publish the content you choose and to read performance data for those posts. Their handling of your data is covered by the Instagram Privacy Policy and the TikTok Privacy Policy. You can remove Autopost's access from each platform's apps and websites settings at any time.

6. Storage and security

Data is stored on a server in the United Kingdom (London). Access tokens are stored encrypted at rest with restricted access. Uploaded videos are kept only until they have been published, then deleted from our server. Post IDs and performance figures are kept while your account is connected.

7. Retention and deletion

If you disconnect an account or ask us to delete your data, we delete its tokens and stored data within 30 days. To request deletion, email clipmachine@leonardositon.com.

8. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

9. Children

Autopost is not intended for anyone under 13, and you must meet the minimum age of each platform you connect.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
