These terms govern your use of Clip Machine Autopost ("Autopost"), operated by Leonardo Studios Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Companies House), based in London ("we", "us"). By using Autopost you agree to them. Contact: clipmachine@leonardositon.com.
Autopost lets you schedule and publish your own short-form videos to accounts you connect on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, and view performance figures for those posts. Autopost is in early access and may change.
You choose the account, content, caption, privacy setting and time for each post. Autopost only publishes what you schedule. Platforms may delay, limit or reject posts under their own rules; we are not responsible for their decisions.
We aim to publish posts on time but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Platform outages, API changes or connection problems can delay or prevent a post.
You can stop using Autopost and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are broken or if a platform requires it.
Autopost is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by platform decisions, account restrictions or missed posts. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms and will post changes on this page. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
